exalting Christ in growing healthy churches
Crystal Peaks Church, Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Please pray for our Remembrance service today and especially for those who do not normally worship with us, that they will be challenged by the Gospel.
Ashford Congregational Church, Middlesex
Praise God with us and pray for the small group of teens who meet for WIN on Sunday mornings and evenings, for their leaders to be blessed with energy, commitment and joy in encouraging these young people in their growing faith in a world that is indifferent or hostile to Christ.
Hayes Town Chapel, Middlesex
Remembrance is often a service when people from the local community attend. Later in the month (28th) we will have Andrew Hill, the Executive Director of SASRA, preach for us and also give an update of the gospel work among Soldiers and Airmen.
Stony Stratford Evangelical Free Church, Buckinghamshire
The video talk that goes to the local community will have a Remembrance Day theme today. Please pray it is sensitive but forthright in its proclamation of the Gospel.
There is also a local service by the War Memorial where a local minister is invited to speak. Keith has never been asked to yet (in his 9 years at Stony), but pray the opportunity arises.
Rochford Congregational Church, Essex
Pray for those among the fellowship who are battling health issues, especially our Senior Pastor, David Saunders. We have known a number of home-calls during the last 18 months and we will be remembering and giving thanks to God for His faithful servants and their work amongst us as part of our Remembrance Service on Sunday 14th November. Pray for us in this which is sure to be a very emotional part to the service.
