EFCC Prayer Focus

Scarr Chapel, Lydeard -St.- Lawrence, Somerset We are very grateful for the number of visiting speakers who are prepared to come and minister in our chapel, and who are such an encouragement to us. Some have been coming for two decades or more, and we thank God for their faithfulness, especially as numbers here may dwindle in the winter months. Thanks are also due to our keyboard player who travels in from some distance. Please pray for travelling mercies for these servants of Christ, and also for our congregation – few of whom live locally.

The Christmas Praise this year is an afternoon tea on Sunday 8 December, led by Shaun and Gill Mairs. We ask for prayer that many will be drawn to come and hear that Christmas is all about Jesus, God’s amazing gift to us, to bring us back to fellowship with God, helping us moment by moment in our daily lives, as well as at difficult times.
